Currently we are looking for a qualified individual to work as a Project Manager (Entry Level) Remote Job with our direct client in Clemson, SC.
***This is 75% Remote Work***
Daily duties / responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the Incident/Project Manager assists the Operations Director with Incident related tasks as well as manage projects as assigned.
- Coordinate all aspects of the end-to-end Incident process
- Ensures teams follow the organization’s established policies and procedures
- Collaborate with respective stakeholders and business owners to ensure proper sign offs
- Provides Management, reports on progress on requested AAR’s
- Handles Incident process, policies and procedures communication with various teams and the customer
- Lead AAR related meetings and distribute meeting minutes to all stakeholders
- Maintain a list of active Incidents and track them to their completion.
- Assist the Management in creating, updating, and storing Incident Management documentation and procedures.
- Update the Incident Management Dashboard on a regular basis.
- Gather and submit Incident metrics to all team members including the Executive Management.
- Manage all aspects of end-to-end projects as assigned
- Build a strong working relationship with Clemson’s Medicaid IT Services (MITS) team and with DHHS’ project staff.
Required skills:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft word, and excel, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft project, Visio, and access, Sharepoint.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Intermediate knowledge of a ticketing system.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Soft skills required: effective communication skills (written and oral), adaptability, flexibility, self-motivation, time management, ability to work effectively in a stressful environment
Preferred skills:
- Experience with it projects;
- Experience with healthcare eligibility
- Prior experience with release coordination
- Experience with business intelligence software
- Experience with SQL
- College degree, preferred.
Required education and experience:
- A high school diploma with some college and or 3-4 years of experience with release coordination
Required skills
