The Project Manager manages the implementation of Terraboost Media’s customer advertising campaigns across the US. This is a key client-facing role that needs to effectively communicate the statuses of media campaigns directly to customers and their sales representatives.

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000

Essential Functions

• Manage life cycle campaigns for the client portfolio.
• Develop and issue work orders for campaign work.
• Distribute installation and continuity reports to stakeholders.
• Regularly update campaign management tools such as internal databases to ensure transparency in the status of campaigns.
• Manage and prioritize client portfolios.
• Communicate delays and campaign recaps with the customer
• Works closely with the sales teams to understand and anticipate client deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Ability to deal with complex situations and competing priorities.
• Foresight to identify problems and deficiencies and jump to solve the problem.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Strong computer skills and high level of proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite.
• High proficiency with spreadsheet software such as Excel.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Arts, with a focus on a relevant field of study.
• A minimum of three (3) years of project management experience.
• Formal training in Six Sigma or similar, is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• This is a stationary position, with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
• This position will require prolonged periods of operating a computer/keyboard/mouse/monitor and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine, computer printer and telephone.
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about the office to access office machinery or attend meetings.
• Work is performed in a temperature-controlled environment, but employee may be required to travel to off-site meetings for business purposes.
