Demo Loan Services is hiring for a Project Manager for business transformation to accelerate the evolution of the service. Demo Loan Services provides products and bundled solutions to Cisco’s Field Sales globally for them to validate, demonstrate or perform a proof of concept of the solution for the customer’s needs. The program operates under a primary focus to: Deliver global loan solutions that inspire customer confidence and enhance the sales force’s ability to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the teams in the assessment, solution design and implementation of demo loan-specific demo loan transformation solutions
  • Run demo loan engagements, including results, demo loan interactions and deadlines to the highest standard
  • Will build and maintain a formal engagement channel and collaborate closely with the team members to lead projects and to develop and handle end-to-end process flows
  • Will analyze the operations process, survey and assess users’ needs and expectations, crafting requirements relating to various demo loan needs
  • Needs to be able to evaluate and propose alternative solutions, ensuring proper alternatives have been selected and implemented, effectively influencing outcomes, based on impact of various solutions on the business
  • Triage and solve demo loan issues, advancing to manager where appropriate
  • Assist Sales and Demo loan Success in Business Development and identification of strategic partnerships
  • Within the project environment, provide mentorship, training, and support on and use of applicable methodology principles, themes, templates and processes
  • Leads the discovery, review, and alignment of initiatives to strategic objectives through the prioritization process
  • Lead and execute process optimization and promote commonality in processes and tools
  • Provide subject matter expertise and drive adoption and standardization of industry best in class processes, metrics and overall solutions
  • Provide updates, presentations, and analyze data, resources, costs, savings, and provide recommendations for individual projects groups of projects
  • Will optimally communicate and report on demo loan service and benefits to management team and sponsors

For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
