The primary responsibility of a Project Engineer will be to ensure projects are run profitably and on schedule with specific responsibilities including the following:
- Document Control
- Submittals Review/Tracking/Logging
- Subcontracts
- Purchase Orders
- Subcontractor Coordination
- Obtaining Permits
- Operation & Maintenance Manuals
- Estimating Change Order Proposals
- Change Orders
- RFI’s
- Tracking Logs
- As-builts
- Becoming proficient with Timberline
- Weekly Short Interval Schedules coordination and review
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred
- Varied construction experience (Multi Family Rehabilitation, tenant Improvement Preferred).
- Detail-oriented
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Budget management & tracking experience
- Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel and Project
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A self-starter and a strong closer
Wage depending on experience
