Responsible for assisting the project team with administrative and scheduling support.
Responsibilities
- Monitors construction schedule with input from supervisor
- Contacts subcontractors to confirm schedule and obtain necessary documentation
- Reviews shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract specifications
- Performs material quantity take-offs
- Solicits pricing proposals from suppliers and subcontractors for PCOs
- Receives and distributes revisions to construction documents to subcontractors and suppliers
- Receives material deliveries to coordinate and update the material control log
- Provides support to field superintendent in coordinating deliveries, issuing transaction orders and processing invoices
- Responsible for the completion and turnover of required project close-out documents including manuals, warranties and as-built construction plans
