ONSITE ONLY IN ALAMEDA CA

* This role is analytical in nature, coordinates support with administrative
tasks and data entry
* On the finance side coordinates MSA and SOW approvals and entry
into system as well as ensuring signatures are in place
* Will be working with invoices, POs, logging and ensuring they are paid out using investigative skills to track down POs and monitoring MSA start and end dates
* Will coordinate travel, organize market asset folders, must be able to manager MS Office Suite tools
* Will help competitive intel team with formatting newsletter for both teams; working with stakeholders; keep deadlines; multi-task; be pro-active and detailed oriented and have basic understanding of contracts
* Must be able to work both independently and with others with minimal supervision
* Must have good time management skills
* College degree required w/ 1 year of experience
* No college degree must come with 5 years of experience
* Will consider an Associate degree also as long as the person comes with the skill sets needed
* 1 year of experience with Veeva or similar systems (see job description)
* 1 year of experience with financial systems such as Symphony
* A Procurement Supply Chain Analyst would be a good candidate to consider as well as someone that has been an administrative assistant with experience and skill sets in these areas
* 100 % onsite role
* Must have critical thinking and organizational skills
* Project Management skills would be excellent to have

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
