SGE Marketing Services, an affiliate of Spring-Green Enterprises is hiring full-time, year-round Project Coordinator in Naperville, IL. Summary

The Project Coordinator supports both the Sr. Director of the Project Management Office and Director of Franchise Administration in preforming and managing assigned tasks and initiatives as well as helping create & support the uses of processes throughout the organization to standardize project work and communication across department lines. The Project Coordinator will also serve as the Administrator for the company's project management software, facilitating training and creating best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management Software Administrator:

  • Ensure continuous alignment of the Project Management software with Project Management Methodology across processes, standards, deliverables, and operational cadences necessary to ensure consistent project execution.
  • Create, document, and maintain EOS processes in the PM software.
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure proper use.
  • Serve as the PM software Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide training for leaders and team members and maintain "How to Guides".
  • Partner with IT dept to maintain licenses and accurate records of contracts.
  • Maintain, update, and publish PM software standards.

Other Administrative Duties:

  • Provide Administrative support for Project Management Office Support regarding report publication, folder and calendar management.


  • Chief Operating Officer (COO) Support
    • Serve as main contact for team members to schedule appointments with COO.
    • Schedule Vendor appointments with COO.
    • Schedule performance meetings with Department Leaders.
    • Submit monthly expenses.
  • Franchise Administration Support
    • Assist with the filing and releasing of UCC liens.
    • Generate compliance reports from the Knowledgebase and SG Portal at respective compliance deadlines at the direction of the Director of Franchise Administration.
    • Assist with the development and maintenance of the Franchise Administration workflow processes.
    • Create new owner store openers and termination closing stores and provide appropriate follow up when tasks are not being completed with the task owners
    • Distribute new franchise owner legal start up forms and take through completion

Qualifications

  • Associates degree required.
  • A minimum of two years of project coordinator or administrative experience required.
  • A minimum of two years of Project Management software experience required.
  • Two plus years of project management experience and proficient use of Project Management methodologies preferred.
  • Working towards a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is a plus.
