What will I be doing?
As a Program Manager you will be part of the Strategy & Business Operations Function of the Global Trust & Safety Operations Team. This highly visible and influential role will collaborate extensively with leadership, business stakeholders, internal operations and several cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, etc.). You will demonstrate strong executive presence in representing the organization and effortlessly navigate from strategic to tactical issues. You will be a strong advocate and work relentlessly to ensure the cultural principles of the organization are practiced – a passionate role model that cares about people with a continuous growth learning mindset.

Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
  • Lead Strategic Planning Initiatives, Business Review Sessions, Implementation Support for Global Operations Management Team involving planning, organizing and partnering with business leaders from designing stage to execution stage throughout the full circle of business strategy.
  • Proactively identify issues, areas of enhancements which provides value added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives.
  • Organize Operations Management Strategic Partner QBRs and other strategic events and support the content generation for key business leaders.
People Initiatives
  • Plan, launch and iterate on team wide employee engagement programs such as Communications, Global All Hands, Employee Survey Action Plans, and Reward & Recognition Programs.
  • Own and drive the Global Organization Culture and associated programs.
  • Partner with HR for hiring plans fulfillment and drive the strategic landing plan for key leadership.
Operations Management
  • Support and represent the Global Head of Trust & Safety Operations in cross-functional engagement by creating context, consolidating alignment by proactively sharing and presenting Ops metrics with the wider business.
  • Drive Operation Performance Metrics in Weekly Business Reviews across organization. Provide strategic advice and track bi-monthly OKRs for the Global Ops Management team.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in fast-paced technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Highly organized, problem solving skills, confident and self motivated individual that is equally comfortable supporting junior team members and communicating with c-suite staff.
  • Strategic thinker with experience identifying and leading programs to improve business performance.
  • Experience building relationships with cross-functional teams and delivering impact through communication.
  • Project Management experience in a data-driven decision making environment.
  • Respect for and desire to learn from other cultures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internet/UGC platform domain expertise.
  • Experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Program Management, Business Operations.
  • Experience in building a project from scratch to finish is preferred.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Experience in the Trust & Safety ecosystem
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate a fast paced and ambiguous environment.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $142222 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
