Title: Program Manager

Location: Springfield, VA

Clearance Level: TS/SCI and CI Poly

McIntire Solutions is looking for a TS/SCI cleared Project Manager (PM) to oversee and lead mission-critical projects for a large cyber security and information assurance program. The PM will be responsible for leading, coordinating, communicating, and integrating all aspects of the project. The PM is accountable for the overall success of the project(s) and ensuring alignment with the customer priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of employees assigned to the program/project from technical and administrative areas; collaborate with stakeholders to develop program vision and plan.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Translate, track, and prioritize information needs and intelligence collection requirements across the extended enterprise
• Ability to independently develop and finalize client-ready deliverables.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtain solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Oversee the development and update of the life cycle cost estimate
• Apply supply chain risk management standards and practices (NIST SP 800-161)
• Comprehensive working knowledge of industry standard project management tools such as Microsoft Knowledge of service management concepts for networks and related standards (e.g., Information Technology Infrastructure Library [ITIL])

Required Qualifications

• Education Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or an Engineering field
• Required Certifications Maintain a current DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level 2
