Roles & Responsibilities • Create level 0 to level 4 operation and data flow models • Create Business Process design, Baseline SLA’s and Knowledge Management Design • Identify differentiated and standard processes aligned to best in class process blueprints • Create Value Stream Mapping to identify, eliminate and automate process steps for optimal design with HCL 3 lever BPM framework • Analyze an account “AS IS” state and provide following deliverables: o Digitize process documentation o Identify change opportunities across all key levers • Able to prepare “TO BE State” for the client and provide following deliverables: o Target Operating Model o Drive Business Value o Create BIC model o Process Changes o Automation Opportunities • Prepare DILOs to understand the various activities that are being performed by an analyst in his day-today job which helps to understand the segregation of duty Skill set • Strong Knowledge of Data flow Models, Mapping and Process Designs • Strong Observation and Analytical skills • Good organizational Skills • Strong Documentation Skills • Proven leadership experience. Should be a team player. • Ability to develop, lead and motivate a team. • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences. • Ability to identify process improvement ideas for implementation • Ability to provide and support a vision and direction. • Proficient written and oral communication skills in dealing with employees or external customers/clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
