Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health clinic. Position Purpose:

The purpose of the Program Manager position is to supervise a clinical program, including program planning service, program evaluation and clinical and administrative supervision of CM staff. This position will also provide direct clinical services and have a caseload of 2-4 cases. This position will oversee DCS referrals and cases, Juvenile Justice Referrals and case staffing, and child and family team meetings.

Requirements:

Education: BA/BS in psychology, social work or related clinical field

Experience: 1 year in providing addiction services and/or community mental health.

Position Details:

Shift: Monday - Friday, days and evenings

Pay Range: $21.21 – $27.57 (based on experience)
