Our Professional Organizers meet and interact with individual clients, conduct walkthroughs of homes, implement detailed organizational systems, and showcase the UpTown Concierge services within our clients’ homes spaces to improve their lives.
Top Professional Organizing service projects include:
  • Pantry.
  • Basement.
  • Closets.
  • Office.
  • Playroom.
  • All other personal and commercial spaces.

Other additional services our Organizers execute include:
  • Packing & Unpacking.
  • Decluttering.
  • Preparing Homes for Market.
  • Holiday Decorating & Removal.

UpTown Concierge is seeking candidates who embody the following characteristics:
  • Highly-motivated self-starters.
  • Leaders with a strong eye for detail and an appreciation for visual aesthetics.
  • Solution-oriented individuals with the ability to troubleshoot in the moment.
  • Must have integrity in their work; be able to stay focused and motivated until jobs are completed to satisfaction, and immediately finish tasks.
  • Be flexible to work 8hr workdays with a minimum of 3 days/week availability.
  • Should be comfortable working in a small business environment.
  • Enjoy working with women.

As a Professional Organizer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Serve as lead, or co-lead, on in-home organizing projects.
  • Work closely with clients to realize their organizational goals.
  • Partner with other Organizers to execute in-home projects.
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations to communicate details regarding project logistics, client reviews, reporting actions, etc. on same day of client project.
  • Continuously uphold the highest standards maintaining a level of personal work, and manner of communication with clients, to protect and ensure the UpTown Concierge brand is always best represented.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent (Required).
  • Driver's License + Reliable/Accessible Transportation (Required).
  • I9 eligible (Required) / This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position.
  • Bachelor's / 1-year Professional Organizing Experience (Preferred).
