In the role of Production Supervisor, you direct activities of machinist and machine shop associates in order to deliver quality products to the customer as scheduled. You will have the opportunity to maintain and report company metrics, report operating results, and ensure on time delivery. This position contributes to our vision by:
- Responsible for company metrics;
- Administers programs to ensure employee safety and compliance with all OSHA requirements;
- Reports on operating results;
- Conducts team meetings;
- Develops and implements LEAN and Six Sigma initiatives;
- Defines and implements change to improve processes and financial results;
