We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our Product team and help manage new projects across California in a fun, fast-paced environment. This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up with an uplifting mission!

Role Overview:
We're looking for a highly motivated Production Manager to help with managing our Manufacturer partnerships.

Coordination with internal and external entities for successful completion of production orders, with specific focus on inventory management. This role requires someone who is highly organized, communicates well and can manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.

What You'll Do:

    • Manage the home ordering process with Villa’s factory partners, including the processing of all factory sales quotes and drawings for accuracy, invoicing, tracking change orders, and sending customer verification forms.
    • Maintain a SmartSheet Production Status Report for key stages of order progress
    • Maintain an Inventory Storage report
    • Manage and verify a biweekly shipping report per factory
    • Manage a Production Associate who will assist with data tracking and management

What You Have:

    • 5 years of vendor management or supply chain experience.
    • 4-year college degree preferred but not required. Degree in Construction Management is a plus
    • Experience in residential housing is a plus
    • Self-starter who takes initiative and responsibility for their work and actions
    • Comfort working in the uncertainty of a new company, with a consistently evolving agenda
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional schedules
    • An eye for quality, detail, and a desire to perform at a high level
    • Experienced in Building Code and Local Ordinance review and interpretation
    • Experience with construction management software, Bluebeam Revu and Google
    • Workspace a plus
