Job Duties:

• Coordinates directly with lab to understand all production lines, processes, and finished goods
• Assists lab technicians and inventory clerk to ensure all production is entered to the state cannabis regulatory system properly, and in a timely manner
• Responsible for data entry of all production into the financial system and coordinates with cost accountant to analyze data
• Works closely with finance department to ensure sales and post processing is posted in a timely manner
• Assists with reconciliation of month/year end inventory counts
• Responsible for data analysis to support audit requirements
• Maintains clean and organized workspace
• Other duties as assigned or required
• Assist with other tasks directed by Production Systems Coordinator
• Excel skills
• METRC experience a plus
• Cost Accounting experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
