Role:

We are looking for Production Coordinator with agency experience to join our team. The Production Coordinator is a proactive go-getter with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. This individual will assist the Project Manager and/or Production Team in the implementation of an assigned onsite and virtual event(s), in a manner that achieves the strategic goals of the client. A Production Coordinator has strong attention to detail and ability to work directly with the client, independently as needed. This individual works well with others to implement and delegate project tasks to various teams across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Manager and/or Project Team with sold projects.
• Assist with client communications specific to projects.
• Leverage Gramercy Tech Google suite of templates to drive project workflow.
• Create and maintain project tracker(s) for assigned project(s)
• Escalate any workflow and/or missed deadlines to Project Manager.
• Leverage Eventfinity templates to build client’s platform virtual experiences. This includes creation of agendas, directories, registration pages and other templates.
• Quality check the event site prior to event going “live” in order to address any technical issues to prevent platform errors during show
• Provide support to event attendees and clients during “live” event days
• Assist PM and/or Project Team in pulling analytic reports after the events to provide to clients.
• Leverage Gramercy Tech Production Services resources: Front End Development, Design, Broadcast/Streaming, Help Desk to customize the platform and provide live event services.
• Proactively provide flawless delivery of committed scopes of work (SOW).
• Maintain a full in-depth experience and understanding of the platform, technology behind the platform, and available plug-in products which can enhance a virtual event.
• Application Knowledge, preferred, not compulsory: Trello, ZenDesk, Vimeo
• Traveling to onsite events is required

Salary Range: $50,000- $70,000
