Randstad is currently hiring production associates at a manufacturer in Mooresville. You'll be responsible for performing quality inspections on finished product, as well as packing, labeling, inventory control, and shipping. Responsibilities

• Evaluating processes and equipment to look for continuous improvement opportunities, and suggesting and implementing new ideas that improve quality, safety, cost, or support the production work environment.
• Escalating issues and problems to the appropriate support groups and leaders.
• Developing and following non-verbal communication (visual management: signs, work place organization, and pictures).
• Package products for shipping.
• Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks safely.
• Assist in analyzing root cause and corrective action.
• Understanding and adhering to required procedures, policies, and processes.
• Must be reliable, have good initiative, committed, and quality focused.

Punctuality and a professional, can-do attitude are a must.
