We are looking for a Product Technician to join our team in Rochester, NY.
This early career position is located in Eastman Business Park in the Film Division. The principal responsibility for this position is to provide manufacturing support for both day-to-day activities and projects within wide roll film manufacturing. Assignments will include production set up, production quality review, process analysis, data analysis and reporting. The technician in this role may frequently participate in troubleshooting, machine process instructions, procedure documentation, and product development projects.

Responsibilities may include:
- Data system interfacing i.e.: SAP and Kodak information systems.
- Process data analysis
- Product quality data collection utilizing a wide variety of testing equipment.
- Product quality data analysis and reporting
- Physical product inspection

- Strong computer skills. Must: Excel
- Detail oriented
- Excellent math skills.
- A strong work ethic, high motivation, and ability to be mentored.
- Demonstrated ability to actively participate in projects and tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Quick learner and high degree of adaptability
- Aptitude for working on multi-disciplinary manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering project teams.
- Ability to adhere to manufacturing process and personnel safety principles.
- Preferred – Associates in Science/Technology, Math, Computer field (or equivalent experience)
