Title: Product Associate

Description:
The Product Associate is responsible for gathering and organizing product assets prior to website and platform launch. They would be responsible for editing and organizing all product images. This person should be comfortable with building and maintaining product pages in channels such as Amazon Seller, Etsy, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to edit and upload product photos in Photoshop
• Tracking current vendors’ offerings to keep our product line current and up to date
• Create new and maintain existing product listings
• Collaborate across teams to ensure all assets are organized prior to product launch
• Pull and analyze sales reports
• Collaborate on bringing new channels to market including Amazon and Etsy
• Manage day-to day Amazon Seller Central operations including inventory management and order tracking
• Continually optimize product listings, brand store , A+ content, and enhanced brand content to drive traffic and sales
• Research and resolve issues related to timely orders, shipments, sales, and claims of customer feedback

Qualifications:

• Beginner to intermediate design experience in Adobe Photoshop
• Amazon Seller Central experience preferred
• Shopify experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business
• Strong attention to details skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask while working in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
