Impact you will make

As an analyst you will play a significant role in scaling our business and preparing us for the expected growth we have ahead.

What you will do

• Maintain pricing models for our product lines in Patient Insights
• Work with customer success and client support and directly with customers in support of tickets and research related to product functionality
• Assit with product and corporate integration initiatives that are underway along with projects expected to begin in the next 12-24 months
• Responsible for working with Financial Operations on Product Code Maintenance and Billing Reports
• Assit with research related to new product or features that we are considering for our business

What you will bring

• Ability to perform detailed analysis and effectively communicate findings internally and externally
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• 1+ years experience in data analysis or Master’s Degree (MBA or Analytics)
• Experience presenting projects/problem resolution to broader groups or leadership
• Travel required: Minimal (a couple of time a year)

• SQL or Visualization Tool Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,903.00 - $85,000.00 per year
