The Analyst, Pricing & Revenue Analytics role is a high-impact role within the KinderCare Strategy organization that acts as an advisor to the business. In this strategic role, you will work with leaders across the company to implement, drive, and measure a pricing strategy that accelerates customer acquisition across different KinderCare brands and customer segments. You will build out tools and reports to measure the success of pricing efforts & use these tools to drive positive business decisions. You will partner closely with cross-functional business partners in the Finance & Operations teams to ensure the pricing strategy is successfully executed and is driving the best outcomes for the business. This person will understand and synthesize relevant industry trends to develop a data-centric viewpoint on the market for early childhood education.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate pricing acumen, and will have a combination of analytical, technical, and communication skills.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize business opportunity and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met.
  • Provides analytics and reporting to ensure that company’s brands are priced appropriately in the marketplace in a way that meets corporate objectives and optimizes growth.
  • Continuously analyzes company's competitive pricing position and provides insight on the impact of pricing changes on profitability and growth rates.
  • Develops deep understanding of value drivers and willingness to pay via quantitative pricing research, qualitative interviews, and internal data analysis
  • Helps to set vision, prioritization, and implementation for pricing initiatives, including pricing models and process improvements.
  • Tactically manages corporate pricing model.
  • Partners across brands, operations, marketing, and finance teams to deliver analytics that drive growth.

  • 2+ years of experience in pricing, revenue analytics, or commercial finance.
  • Excellent financial acumen & financial modeling skills.
  • Competitive intelligence and market research experience
  • Database management & data visualization experience preferred.
  • Excellent ability to build strong internal relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using large and complex datasets to drive decisions and a passion for continuous testing and optimization
  • Highly motivated & intellectually curious
  • Exceptional communication skills
