PM BUILDING SUPERVISOR

We are currently hiring for an evening Building Supervisor. This position requires high standards in risk management, problem-solving and quality control while supervising the building during evening and weekend hours; oversees discipline measures as needed; acts as a first responder in the event of an emergency. This position is an important part of our member service!
Hours and Days: Part-time, 5:00-10:15 pm weeknights, variable 4-6 hour shifts on weekends from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm; (approx. 2 shifts per week)
Qualifications:
18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Background check
Current CPR & First Aid Certification preferred
AED training certification preferred
Strong customer service and communications skills
Initiative and problem-solving

Rate of Pay: $10.10/hour
All part-time staff members working at least 16 hours per quarter receive a free individual membership to the Countryside YMCA along with membership and program discounts. Departments may require more than this minimum based upon business needs.
