Qualification – B.E, B.Tech, MCA or B.Sc (I.T):

Candidates with relevant experience from Non-Engineering or Science Background can be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of the PPM domain and any of its tool like Planisware, Planview, HPPM, Clarity etc.
• Should be able to perform root cause analysis of the complex issue and able to provide the solution.
• Clearly identifies stockholders and communicates with them unambiguously and efficiently
• Ability to analyze the new requirements and propose optimal solution.
• Insure that the requirements are Correct, Unambiguous, Complete, Necessary, Feasible, Verifiable and Traceable
• Verify the feasibility of the business requirement and communicate it with stakeholders and set correct expectation.
• Ability to draft the functional requirements in clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project.
• Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Work collaboratively with offshore/onshore based development team and provide the guidance and help to the junior team member when needed.

Technical Experiences:

• Hands-on experience of Planisware change developments and application configuration.
• Exposure to latest version of Planisware (V6 onwards) and its new features and products
• Experience of Planisware version upgrades, maintenance pack upgrades, deployment objects/processes, web services and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Planisware certification would be an added advantage
