We are seeking an experienced mechanically inclined, professional, Plumbing Service Technicianto serve our customers. A focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and total customer satisfaction is required. A candidate for this position must be willing to participate in continuing education, pass a pre-employment physical and be able to work full-time.

Job Description/Duties:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform emergency and/or scheduled service on plumbing, control systems, for commercial customers
• Provide preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
• Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations
• Must be capable of diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to client
• Troubleshoot and repair components of plumbing equipment
• Take after hours on-call duty as part of a company rotation

Qualifications & Licenses

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• NH plumbing license required / MA plumbing license a plus
• HVAC Service Tech with Gas License preferred but not required
• Must have set of basic hand tools
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• The ability to listen and follow directions
• Capability of working in all weather conditions & temperatures
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Efficient and organized

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
