A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

At Bruni & Campisi, your job as a Plumbing Field Operations Manager is to ensure that every installation is completed on time and to the correct job specifications and systems are properly serviced and maintained. Comfortably and confidently, you visit each job site, go over the scope of work with the customer, and collect payment. By supervising and overseeing the plumbers, equipment, and materials needed for each job, you confirm that all work is performed in a safe manner while protecting our employees, customers, and their property. Whether it's plumbing, piping, heating installations, replacements, renovations, or modification jobs, you ensure the best quality work.

Your exceptional leadership skills come in handy when motivating your team to exceed customer expectations. Every member of your team is properly and consistently trained for the work they undertake. You make sure that all of our plumbers are properly equipped with the tools they need to complete each job. When necessary, you enjoy working alongside your team to complete necessary tasks. You also participate in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new plumbers and apprentices.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A PLUMBING FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with supervising installation technicians
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in residential and commercial plumbing, piping, and heating installations and replacements
• Some continued education through a combination of additional trade school, manufacturer's seminars, NATE training, or other related training or trade education
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
