Do you have a passion for managing an implementation project focused on Product Lifecycle Management and CAD software products? We’re hiring a PLM & CAD Administrator for our company’s headquarters in Bridgeton, Missouri.

If you possess:

• Experience in managing the road map, product backlog and release plan for new system implementation
• Ability to communicate throughout the project and define a product vision for upcoming initiatives and releases
• Experience in new user set up, support and license management

• Direct software implementation initiatives in a multidisciplinary engineering team that is developing cutting edge technology
• Communicate with users to model their workflows, analyze their needs, and derive features that will generate high customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain prioritized software product initiative road map
• Create and maintain a product backlog containing well-defined, prioritized user stories that will realize the product vision and primary goals of the initiative
• Ensure integration with other operating systems such as ERP and MES
• Product License Management
• Test improvements and upgrades and determine roll out strategies for new features
• CAD Software management, user support and license administrative duties
• Additional duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• 2+ years of experience as Product Owner/Manager, PLM Administrator, or Implementation Administrator
• CAD administration experience a plus
• Proficiency in business analysis, organizational skills, and time management
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills are a must
• Proficiency and understanding of current technological capabilities for software products
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence, ERP and MES systems are a plus
