Do you have a passion for managing an implementation project focused on Product Lifecycle Management and CAD software products? We’re hiring a PLM & CAD Administrator for our company’s headquarters in Bridgeton, Missouri.
If you possess:
- Experience in managing the road map, product backlog and release plan for new system implementation
- Ability to communicate throughout the project and define a product vision for upcoming initiatives and releases
- Experience in new user set up, support and license management

As a PLM & CAD Administrator:
What you will do:
- Direct software implementation initiatives in a multidisciplinary engineering team that is developing cutting edge technology
- Communicate with users to model their workflows, analyze their needs, and derive features that will generate high customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain prioritized software product initiative road map
- Create and maintain a product backlog containing well-defined, prioritized user stories that will realize the product vision and primary goals of the initiative
- Ensure integration with other operating systems such as ERP and MES
- Product License Management
- Test improvements and upgrades and determine roll out strategies for new features
- CAD Software management, user support and license administrative duties
- Additional duties as assigned
Additional Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- 2+ years of experience as Product Owner/Manager, PLM Administrator, or Implementation Administrator
- CAD administration experience a plus
- Proficiency in business analysis, organizational skills, and time management
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills are a must
- Proficiency and understanding of current technological capabilities for software products
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence, ERP and MES systems are a plus
