What will I do?
- Source and screen physicians by building a rapport via phone calls and emails
- Responsible qualifying, credentialing candidates and coordinating interviews and conducting reference and background checks.
- Effectively present opportunity information and respond to questions
- Drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts
- Manage candidates throughout recruiting process, offers, negotiations, relocation, contract signing and onboarding and retention activities.
Do I have what it takes?
- Physician Recruiting Experience highly desired
- Sales Experience – Including: Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales or Cold Calling
- Consultative sales experience a plus.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
