Bellin Health in Oconto Falls, WI is currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a long standing practice with a well established patient base and excellent support staff. Our clinic offers in house lab, x-ray, physical therapy, behavioral health, diabetic education and many specialty care services.

Shift Hours:

Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week), 8:00am-5:00pm

Practice Details:

• Full-time practice: 40 hours per week with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments, minimum 4 days per week;
• 18-22 patients per day
• Epic access – remote access from home
• 2-year compensation guarantee, plus:
• Production, Quality, and Value-Based bonuses available
• Time off: 160 hours per fiscal year; 264 hours per fiscal year once compensation guarantee expires
• CME stipend of $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off
• Participate in a large call group
• No weekend or holidays, except for on-call weekends
• Teaching opportunities available with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin-Green Bay
• Up to $12,000 for relocation assistance

• Bellin Health Oconto Falls, WI is an approved site for The National Health Service Corps loan repayment program. Providers are eligible to apply for Federal Loan repayment - $50,000.
