Physical Therapist -Outpatient

• Location: Shelby, North Carolina
• Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri. (Rotating Weekends)
• Bonuses: Up to $20k sign-on and $5k relocation
• Job Type : Onsite.

Responsibilities of Physical Therapist

• Plans and conducts Physical Therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients enhance physical and functional abilities.
• Communicates patient's evaluation and subsequent progress to physician, referral sources, and other clinical staff, coordinates patient's schedule and treatment programs, and discharge planning.
• Provides supervision of PTA’s and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure. Physical Requirements Hearing (corrected) adequate for oral/aural communication. Vision (corrected) adequate for reading.
• Documents evaluations, tests, progress notes, daily treatment notes, attendance records, patient/family education, outcomes, discharge notes, and charges as needed.

Requirements of Physical Therapist

• NC license for Physical Therapy
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy program
• Min1 Year of Experience in Physical Therapy
• BLS / CPR
• Covid card

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
