As a Physical Therapist in our team, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries or surgeries and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to help patients improve their strength, range of motion, and overall mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on how to manage their conditions and perform exercises at home.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a Rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
