Amazing Care Home Health is currently hiring a full-time and part-time physical therapistto provide in home therapy service for our Pediatric and Adult clients. .

Job Qualifications:

• A current Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a home health physical therapist preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and above-average organizational skills.
• Excellent documentation skills with good understanding of basic home health agency regulations and requirements.
• Solid grasp of computer usage with prior experience using an electronic medical Contact

Please note: Pay rate is PER VISIT.
