We realize each client presents its own set of unique needs and our primary objective is to serve and educate our clients daily by being caring and knowledgeable insurance advisors. As an insurance account manager, you will be responsible for creating quotes, rounding out accounts, shopping renewals, assisting with policy changes, and building relationships with your clients to maintain retention. With great carriers like ERIE, Auto Owners, Travelers, etc., you'll be able to offer excellent products and options. At the end of the day, we value our clients' best interests over making a sale. Responsibilities

  • Using your excellent problem-solving skills, you'll be developing insurance quotes, assisting with policy changes, and helping clients round out their accounts.
  • Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
  • Your exemplary service skills will be put to use by following up to ensure client satisfaction and shopping renewals.

Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty License is Required
  • 3-5 Years Insurance Agency and Customer Service Experience
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver who is a self-starter.
  • A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
