The responsibilities of a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney include the following:
- Conducting initial case evaluations and determining the viability of a case.
- Investigating the facts and gathering evidence to build a strong case for their clients.
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys to gather information and evidence.
- Drafting legal pleadings, motions, and other legal documents to present in court.
- Representing clients in court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
- Negotiating settlements with insurance companies or defendants.
- Advising clients on legal rights, risks, and options for resolving their case.
- Keeping up-to-date with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.
The ideal candidate for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney role should have a law degree and be licensed to practice in their state.
