Privately owned Personal Care/Memory Care Residence in the North of Pittsburgh currently seeking a licensed Personal Care Home Administrator/Assistant-Admin/Admin in training to join our team. Qualified candidates must be committed to Seniors and their care, be positive, professional, energetic, have strong leadership skills, works well with a team, and able to manage all aspects of operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate daily operations and Resident care/services
- Responsible for all company and state licensing regulations, standards and policies
- Primary contact with families, staff, medical professionals, regulators, community, etc. Willing and able to create and maintain strong positive relationships
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain committed staff
- Ensure excellent quality care & services
- Maintain a clean well organized home
- Promote the home from within, as well as outside in the community
- Lead marketing and networking in order to maintain or exceed occupancy goals
- Willing and able to participate in all aspects of care and services as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong commitment to Seniors and high quality care/memory care required
- Minimum 2 years experience in personal care, senior care, memory care, and/or in the field of health & human services preferred.
- To qualify for Administrator position, an active Personal Care Home Administrator license is required. To qualify for Assistant Administrator/Administrator in training, must be currently enrolled in state approved PCHA program
- Minimum associates degree required, LPN/RN license preferred, or bachelors degree in health/human services
- Minimum 2 years leadership/management experience preferred
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task, lead by example, delegate, motivate, and ‘wear all hats’
- Flexible schedule; able to work weekends/evenings as needed and be on-call
- Able to problem solve effectively, efficiently, and creatively
- Medication training/trainer certification preferred
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills preferred

- Certified Med tech and Med tech trainer preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
