We're looking for someone to create systems and processes that make operations for the owner more efficient and help keep his day-to-day flow smoothly and take his productivity and efficiency to the next level. The ideal assistant can multitask, is reliable, completes tasks on time, and is a self-starter. The ideal candidate should be familiar and well trained with Google Docs, DropBox, Word, Excel, etc. Knowledge of Apple products is a plus. The owner runs multiple businesses so the ability to reliably commute between Brentwood and Beverly Hills is important. This will be a combination of personal and professional support for the owner. The owner is an individual that values family, honesty, trust, and confidentiality. Your ideas will be considered and appreciated.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage business and personal email and social media accounts.
  • Oversees and organizes all data on Google Drive
  • Creates expense reports, manages bill pay, and helps track personal expenses
  • Maintain organized e-systems
  • Ability to run errands independently
  • Help with booking travel arrangements
  • Manages personal and professional calendar
  • Maintains his calls and messages to prioritize importance of delivery
  • Anticipates needs such as ordering lunch or commuting to appointments on time
  • Making professional calls and sending emails on his behalf

What we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite is a must
  • Ability to look and plan ahead to anticipate the needs of the CEO
  • Strong communication skills: oral and written
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Organization skills
  • Trustworthy and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful, motivated, self-starter who can quickly pivot to the needs of the day.
  • Must be able to commute to 90210 and 90049 area.
  • Looking for someone interested in being a part of the team longterm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
