Job Summary
The Personal Assistant provides support to the President/CEO. This position is ideal for a person with full availability and is flexible. It requires accounting skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage and complete multiple tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Home Management: Vendor and project coordination.
  • All personal appointment scheduling.
  • Administrative duties as needed: Courier services, shipping, filing, scanning, management of calendar.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills dealing with the public, staff, and Board of Directors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to compose professional correspondence.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • The ability to work quickly and effectively with multiple tasks from multiple sources.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years personal assistant experience, preferably at a senior manager support level.
  • The ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must have a flexible work schedule.
  • Has professional communication skills, a strong set of organizational skills, and has a keen attention to detail.
  • Is self-motivated to accomplish tasks on time and the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Domestic/local city travel is required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Nights and weekends may be required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated.
  • Must love dogs.
