hire several individuals for 1st shift and 2nd shift to join our Home Care Team._

Our Caregivers provide in-home, non-medical assistance to seniors in the community to allow them to age safely in place. This includes supervision/companionship, homemaking--light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, transportation to errands & appointments, medication reminders, and personal care--bathing, dressing and personal hygiene.
This is an ideal position for any individual with the desire to serve others.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work with providers to help care for clients in their homes according to the service plan
• Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Assist clients with self-administration of medication as needed
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance within guidelines
• Prepare meals and snacks. May include grocery shopping
• Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, laundry, and linen changes
• Assist clients with incontinence care
• Assist clients with transportation needs

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
• Willing to travel up to 30 miles to provide care to client
• Desire to improve the lives of our senior clients
