We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Relations Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls for our three locations, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communication with team members within the offices. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls from patients and providing excellent service while addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Scheduling appointments for patients across three locations and managing the appointment calendar efficiently.
• Coordinating with team members in different offices to facilitate the smooth transfer of patients as required.
• Resolving patient complaints or issues promptly and escalating them to the appropriate department if needed.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our services, policies, and procedures.
• Maintaining detailed records of patient interactions and updating patient profiles as necessary.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and appointment scheduling.
