Job Responsibilities:

• Provide resident care and personal hygiene assistance.
• Assists with meals and dining room duties.
• Assists with ongoing assessment of residents’ needs to promote independence.

• Maintains accurate records of observations and services rendered to residents, and promptly report changes in resident conditions.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) OR able to obtain Certification as required by the state of Utah
• Dependable
