This position requires 3 years of customer service experience. You will help passengers with all forms of ground transportation from Spokane International Airport. Answer questions and provide a positive airport experience to the traveling public. Enforce rules of ground transportation with a professional demeanor. Log issues with cab drivers, ride share providers and charter bus companies. Be able to walk and stand for long periods of time. Basic computer skills required, able to read and write English, be outgoing and not afraid to approach passengers and answer questions. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check.
