Urgent Care Medicine Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) for the Temecula, CA Region

Employed Model – 1 to 2 Years or More of Relevant Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine Experience Required

$75/Hr. + Overtime with a One-Time Sign-On Bonus and an Annual Retention Bonus

Accelerated Urgent Care (AUC) is a physician-owned and operated organization of freestanding urgent care centers dedicated to setting an unprecedented standard of care for our patients and an edifying, intuitive work environment for our employees. We are looking for Certified Advanced-Level Practitioners, who want to thrive in an environment surrounded by highly trained and motivated individuals and operate as a team in a collegial and collaborative environment.

• PAs and FNPs that are trained or experienced in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care
• Every single one of our providers will practice twelve-hour (12) shifts - we only do 12 hours shifts
• Full-time will be a minimum of 12 shifts per month - pick up more shifts, make more money - 2 on-call shifts per month
• Acuity is low, providers see about 4-5 patients per hour ranging from newborns to geriatrics, full spectrum of care
• All COVID-19 testing/treatment available as well as rapid testing available (results in 10 to 15 minutes) and Regeneron IV Treatment
• Procedures are a must, such as ingrown nail removal, I&Ds, suturing, splinting, joint injections, trigger point injection, foreign body removal, etc.
• All necessary urgent care equipment on sight within the clinic (X-ray, EKG, and point of care labs)
• Practice alongside other Physicians, Advanced-Level Practitioners, RNs, MAs, and X-Ray Techs
• Excellent customer service and communication are a must for all of our staff and providers.
