SUMMARY
As a Delivery Driver the primary focus is on getting the right parts to the right people at the right time, and engaging with customers as the face of Jack Powell Chrysler Jeep Dodge throughout the day.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Display basic math skills
2. Write using Good handwriting
3. Exhibit good customer relations skills
4. Follow directions
5. Navigate using maps easily
6. Demonstrate good driving etiquette and common courtesy

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Pull orders from stock
2. Double-check all orders before leaving shop
3. Plan the most efficient route
4. Load vehicle in reverse order from last stop to first stop
5. Maintain your dispatch board
6. Communicate special customer needs to a counter person
7. Act professionally
8. Double-check order with customer
9. Present any promotional material
10. Complete all paperwork
11. Know and follow cash handling PROCEDURES
12. Note any comments or requests
13. Collect all cores or returns & tag
14. Call in from each area after deliveries to that area
15. Cover busy routes when caught up
16. File all paperwork
17. Turn in all cash and checks to cashier
18. Put cores and returns in return boxes in receiving area
19. Put away stock orders when slow
20. Know where SDS sheets are located
21. Inform manager of any comments or requests
22. Maintain a clean vehicle
23. Maintain vehicle fluids and tire pressures
24. Track vehicle maintenance (report vehicle maintenance needed)
25. Fill fuel tank at end of day
26. Maintain your time card records

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Meet company's requirements for employment.
2. High School Diploma.
3. Licensed driver
4. Clean DMV record

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Walking in a retail and automotive shop environments
2. Ability to operate an automobile
3. Exposure to inclement weather
4. Traffic conditions
5. Warehouse conditions
6. Exposure to automotive chemicals
7. Lifting automotive parts

CERTIFICATION / TRAINING
1. Drivers license
2. Mopar Parts training
3. On the job training
