We are looking for Part Time Researcher to work remotely in Massachusetts!

You will test in a live environment to ensure that the products meet client requirements. The Researcher will report to the head of our consulting team.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

· Create and maintain test cases

· Perform manual live environment testing of products according to test cases and checklists

· Work with lead to prepare and process documentation & screen share recordings

· Identify opportunities for improvements and help others to identify opportunity for improvements by providing clear and constructive feedback

Skills & Qualifications

· Strong technical skills, comfortable with Android, iOS, MacOS, and Windows

· Ability to analyze and interpret complex instructions & documents

· Ability to work effectively in a team

· Troubleshoot live environment issues in real-time

· Ability to work under tight timelines

· Good communication skills (intermediate level of English is required)
