Part time Screening Associate at our Long Prairie facility. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a dedication to quality.

As a Screening Associate, you will:
- Screen all personnel coming onto the property for symptoms of COVID.
- Observe employees as they check temperatures for accuracy.
- Direct employees accordingly.
- Ensure COVID policies are being followed for employees returning to work.
- Personal protective equipment is required.
- Note: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job.
- Must be able to successfully complete training:
- Safety.
- Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Point (HACCP).
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Food Defense.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish (speak, read, and write).
