Fulfillment Technicians are responsible for fulfilling orders and ensuring all items being shipped out meet quality control standards set by äkta and the Colorado Department of Revenue. On a daily basis, Fulfillment Techs perform a variety of tasks that include everything from putting labels on finished product and building orders, to manifesting transfers in METRC. You will often be the last set of eyes on product before it is sent out to retail stores so having great attention to detail is a must. Duties + Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Writing METRC tags based off provided invoices

• Periodically checking LeafLink for incoming orders

• Assist in keeping an accurate inventory of products and supplies

• Labeling all finished products with compliance stickers

• Building transfer manifests in METRC **Experience is a plus!**

• Quality control on all finished products and packaging

• Creating and Printing compliance stickers for finished product

• Daily and weekly cleaning duties * Creating packages in Adilas

• Assembling required paperwork for order on pickup days

• Maintaining basic knowledge of compliance rules and regulations concerning packaging and transport

• Assisting in other departments as needed

All applicants should be able to meet the following requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, kneel for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs up and down two flights of stairs

• Basic computer skills and access to email/messaging service on personal device

• Basic understanding of fulfillment and shipping processes

• Effective communication skills both via email and in person

• Availability Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30pm with reliable transportation

• Willingness to come in early or stay late on occasion

• Self-motivated with high attention to detail

• Experience in order fulfillment is a huge plus

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
