Job Summary
The parking attendant will direct guests where to park their vehicles within and along with the Homewood Mountain Resort Property. The parking attendant will provide top-notch customer service, working in conjunction with the shuttle services, and guest services to direct guests to the areas they wish to visit.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests into the Resort! You are the first face seen by our guests when they start their day
- Direct guests where to park their vehicles
- Have a working knowledge of Homewood Mountain Resort and its offerings
- Deliver top-notch customer service to guests every day
- Promote and exemplify the Homewood culture of exceptional guest service, teamwork, innovation, and fun!
- Conduct and show a high level of professionalism
- Enjoys "pitching in" whenever and wherever assistance is needed
- Values our safety culture, our community, and maintaining a healthy, sustainable environment
- Ensure that guests and employees have a fun, safe, and memorable experience
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and courtesy
- Have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in the United States
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
- Must be able to wear a uniform
- Must enjoy serving people and having fun!
- Must display excellent customer service skills

Short work day 7:30 am to 11:00 am 3 to 5 days a week... Plenty of skiing and riding time!!!
