We are seeking a friendly and reliable "Responsible Person (RP)" to oversee the seniors at our small residential care home located in Weymouth.

Night shift (11pm-7am) primary responsibilities include supervising residents, overseeing the facility, light housekeeping and laundry. No heavy lifting but must be able to do stairs. No certification required, just a love of caregiving and working with the elderly. Employees undergo the necessary training during orientation. Home Health Aides, Personal Care Attendants, CNA's highly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

CORI check will be done. Drug-free a must. Must be 21 years or older.
*Must have COVID-19 vaccination and bivalent booster*

-Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
-Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and other employees
-Must be reliable and capable of maintaining regular attendance

Duties:

-Monitor resident activity, conduct regular rounds of facility
-Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician’s orders (will receive training during orientation)
-Supervise building
-Laundry and some light housekeeping
-Answer facility telephone
-Comply with all rules regarding Resident’s Rights
-Comply with State, Federal, and facility Quality Assurance standards
-Other duties as assigned

Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
