Our sister company, MJs Daylight Donuts in Blue Springs, MO is looking for a donut fryer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and enjoys working independently.

Responsibilities

*Weigh and measure ingredients *Mix and blend batters and doughs *Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form donuts *Must be able to lift 50 lbs *Set fryer temperatures and monitor or modify as needed *Ice, glaze, and decorate donuts *Prepare and maintain inventory *Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment *Prepare shop for cashiers to open *Shifts start at 11 pm to 6 am, 3-4 night a week.

Qualifications

*Attention to detail in all aspects of cooking and food preparation *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Experience as a Baker/Fryer a plus *Self-starter and able to work independently *Must be responsible and dependable *Have a valid Jackson County Food Handler's Card, or the ability to acquire one

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $11.50 - $13.00/hour.
