Pendleton Orthodontics is growing! Established in 2018, we are a family owned and operated orthodontic clinic located in Leander, Texas (one location only). We are looking for a friendly, reliable chairside orthodontic assistant to join our small, down to earth office. We are fortunate to have a streamlined schedule of truly wonderful patients and are excited to add the right person to our growing team!

Position Highlights:

-The position is full time, however we are closed on Fridays, so your schedule will be Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm with lunch from 1pm-2pm. The hours per week usually add up to about 35 hours.

-Competitive pay in addition to a lucrative monthly bonus system. Please inquire for details.

-You will also receive an additional monthly stipend after 3 months of employment beyond the monthly bonus. Please inquire for details.

-Week-long Holiday Shutdown over Christmastime plus paid holidays

Responsibilities of the Position:

-Chairside clinical assisting

-Delivery of patient care

-Taking X-rays and photos

-Treatment Documentation

-Sterilization procedures

-patient education and motivation

-iTero Scanning (no more sticky impressions!)

-miscellaneous duties such as after-care communication and occasional scheduling

Our ideal candidate is one who is highly punctual, dependable, has a strong work ethic, loves to work as a team and genuinely loves to interact with patients. Prior orthodontic chairside assistant experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate even if they don’t have prior experience.
