We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.
As our firm has grown, we have a need for an Operations Manager to support the firm running smoothly. This position will require working with staff, operations, budgets, and project completion. The Operations Manager will be responsible for engaging and developing the members of the team through phone calls, chat, text, and by visiting the three locations on a regular basis.
The Operations Manager will be involved in financial procedures, including invoicing, to manage margins, costs, budgeting, and forecasting at the company.
Position open for an experienced manager. This is available as full time in an office setting.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week. We work 8:00-5:00 M-F.
Responsibilities:
Processes. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the processes that the firm uses. This includes software and other programs that the firm uses to function every day.
- Collaborate or manage with all firm functions (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, etc)
- Assist the Managing Partner in managing all company assets.
- Manage access and functioning of third-party software.
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Purchase materials and plan inventory efficiency.
Personnel. Oversee human resources needs or work very closely to help solve personnel issues.
- Ensure load quality, timelines, and work efficiency goals are met.
- Demonstrates the ability to work with & for others in a team environment, giving direction at times.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and assist with oversight of all day-to-day activities among three offices.
- Recruit/hire, train and supervise staff.
Financials. Oversee the accounting for the firm and work closely to review budgets, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Plan, direct, control, and monitor the operational budget.
- Work with Senior stakeholders.
Reporting. Report on how the business is functioning and whether the implemented processes and policies are working or need changes.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
